I am very excited to share my favourite bread recipe with you. This one is based on rice flour and is absolutely delicious. Even my wheat loving husband likes this gluten-free loaf !
I baked for 5 years now to finally come up with a recipe I really love. Having grown up in Germany I was very spoilt with fantastic bread, and going gluten-free was a challenge for my taste buds. However, I did not give up and I am so happy with this result. I have created a base recipe that is easy to follow and works every time. It seams I had to move all the way to Vietnam to complete the challenge :) When I moved to Ho-Chi-Minh-City in 2017 I realised that gluten-free bread was not available at all and I had to move back into the kitchen to experiment!
