Banana Avocado Tumeric Smoothie

I have created this smoothie for 2 reasons. First I wanted to consume tumeric on a daily basis and not have to eat a curry every day (if you are asking why click on the recipe and I will explain why tumeric is an incredible spice) and secondly I needed a quick fix for those hungry moments, something that fills you for 2-3 hours without having to cook.
I added some brown rice protein which fills you a little longer. I drink this every morning and sometimes before I go out during the day, if I know food for me will not be available for a while....
