Jackfruit Burger

If you can get your hands on some fresh green (unripe) jackfruit, buy it. Creating this recipe blew me away! Not only my tastebuds were excited but the beauty of the fruit itself is incredible.

I am aware that fresh jackfruit will not be easily, if at all available in Australia and Germany for example, but you will be able to find packaged versions of it....
