Vegenaise and Vegan Aioli


Who would have thought how easy it is to make your own plant-based mayonnaise? Only a few ingredients and such a satisfying procedure. You blend and blend and all over sudden the creamy sauce turns into smooth vegenaise! And my trick to freeze aquafaba and store the table-spoon sized portions in the freezer works perfectly! Never run out of vegenaise again!
