RISOTTO WITH KALE AND MUSHROOM

Another success in preparing something that works as a take to work lunch. It can be frozen, but must be defrosted slowly, not microwaved. Mia, my daughter is testing all my meals at her work at the moment and her reaction after the risotto taste test made me very happy, not her language though :)
